Shipping & Delivery Terms

At Ventoro.Global, we offer a range of international delivery solutions in accordance with Incoterms® 2020, providing clear allocation of responsibilities and a streamlined logistics process for our global clients.

Delivery terms are selected based on order volume, destination, and shipping preferences. We support multiple Incoterms, including EXW, FOB, and CIF, to ensure flexibility and transparency throughout the transaction.

Under EXW (Ex Works), goods are made available at our designated facility, with the buyer responsible for transportation, export formalities, and customs clearance.

With FOB (Free on Board) terms, we manage export clearance and delivery to the nominated vessel at the port of shipment. Responsibility transfers to the buyer once the goods are loaded on board.

For CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) shipments, we arrange and cover international transport and marine insurance to the destination port, while the buyer remains responsible for import procedures and final delivery.

Shipping charges are determined based on product specifications, shipment volume, and destination, and are confirmed at the time of order placement.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 30 business days following confirmation of payment and completion of all documentation. Customized or made-to-order products may require extended lead times.

Upon dispatch, clients receive shipment documentation along with a tracking reference and online tracking access to monitor delivery progress in real time.
