Return & Refund Policy

 At Ventoro.Global, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and reliable client service. If an order does not meet your expectations, a return request may be submitted within 30 days from the date of receipt.

To be eligible, products must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, unless the item was delivered damaged or defective.

Please note that customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where a manufacturing defect is confirmed upon delivery.

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions: products received damaged or defective, items supplied incorrectly, or goods that do not conform to the agreed order specifications.

We are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened or used, returns submitted after the 30-day period, or items returned without original packaging, accessories, or documentation.

To initiate a return, please contact Ventoro.Global and provide your order reference number, product details, and the reason for the return request. 

Each request is reviewed by our support team, and upon approval, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued.

Once the RMA is received, the product must be securely packaged, clearly marked with the authorization reference, and returned to the designated address provided. 

Unless the return results from a delivery error, damage, or defect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Following receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 to 30 business days and issued to the original payment method.

For wholesale and trade clients, refunds may be completed via bank transfer or issued as a credit note, in accordance with the applicable commercial terms and contractual agreements.
